I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor, offering an integrative approach to therapy and counselling. I am a welcoming, friendly practitioner with the ability to make you feel at ease in a safe and comfortable space.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to look within themselves and make positive changes to improve their lives, wellbeing and mental health. Working in an integrative way, I use a person-centred approach, drawing on theories such as transactional analysis and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This means that I have a toolbox of counselling methods which I use during the counselling session depending on client’s wants and needs, allowing me to respond to specifically how the client is feeling in the moment.
