Counselling is a type of therapy where you meet with a counsellor in a safe environment to explore your worries, concerns or problems. These may stem from issues in your past, stress related to a current situation or dealing with fears about the future.

What is Counselling?

As an integrative counsellor, I am able to use different counselling tools which enables me to select the appropriate type of counselling which is as unique and individual as you are. Together we can discuss what has brought you to counselling and agree on how we will work together. You are the ‘expert’ in the room and it is my aim to help empower you to find your own solutions to your difficulties which will enable you to move forward with your life.

My aim is to build a trusting relationship with clients and support them in becoming more self-aware and reach personal goals. Taking on a counselling journey, for whatever reason, can be challenging and daunting and I provide a professional, confidential compassionate and non-judgemental experience for each individual.
